Workshop Structure
The workshops is organized by Edith Bosch, former Olympic Athlete in judo, winner of the program Survivor, participant of Expeditie Robinson and Special Forces VIPS.
You will be introduced in the I+/I- theory which are the two ways you can live your life from. She will help you to look at things differently, from a broader perspective and with ownership. She will look into stress and how you can make it work for instead of against you.
You will give yourself a chance to become more self-aware, to find out what you really want and how you can make that happen.
The workshop consists of a one-day intensive session where all key topics are covered. You’ll receive practical tools and techniques that you can apply immediately. A few weeks after the workshop there will be an intervision session to look into your practice and talk about your experiences.
Important Note
This workshop invites you to open up to yourself and your fellow PhD candidates and to actively participate. Please keep this in mind when signing up.
