Knowledge Gaps in Breast Cancer

We feel privileged to invite you to apply to the OOA course ‘Knowledge gaps in breast cancer’ at the Netherlands Cancer Institute, Amsterdam.

This course includes a broad introduction to the field of breast cancer. As such, we start from daily practice. How is breast cancer diagnosed? How is it treated? What are the successes? What are the challenges? What are the limitations? Stepwise, we will dive deeper into breast cancer knowledge gaps to learn what fundamental and translational research needs to be done and how we ultimately can improve breast cancer survival. Obviously, this requires a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach. For this, we arranged a highly attractive line-up of international experts. We aim to inspire you and encourage you to interact and participate. It is up to you to think outside of the box, come up with creative ideas, consider what might be your contribution in solving such tough challenges.

We are looking forward to meet you, define together the true knowledge gaps in our field and enjoy this intense and hopefully very effective course.
